PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

HiPP Hypoallergenic  Stage 1 Combiotik is suitable from birth onwards and is formulated to meet the needs of children who are at risk of allergies. This formula can be given to babies that are not being breastfed or can be given as a supplement to breastfeeding.

Ingredients:

Lactose, vegetable oils (palm oil**, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil), hydrolised whey protein , starch, galactooligosaccharides from lactose, calcium orthophosphates, potassium chloride, emulsifier: citric acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, LCP¹-containing oils (vegetable oil from M. alpina, fish oil) L-tyrosine, L-phenylalanine, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, vitamin C, magnesium carbonate, choline, L-tryptophan, calcium carbonate, inositol, iron lactate, zinc sulphate, L-carnitine, natural lactic acid culture (Lactobacillus fermentum hereditum )², pantothenic acid, vitamin A, niacin, copper sulphate, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, manganese sulphate, potassium iodate, folic acid, vitamin K, sodium selenate, biotin, vitamin D, vitamin B12.

Preparation

Follow the instructions for precise use when preparing infant formula. Improper preparation or storage of the prepared bottle over a longer period of time can lead to health problems, e.g. due to the growth of unwanted germs. Prepare formula before every feeding and feed immediately. Do not reuse the remains of the prepared formulas. Clean bottle, teat and ring thoroughly. Close the opened bag tightly after use. Store dry and at room temperature and use within 3 weeks after opening. Do not heat food in the microwave (risk of scalding).

1. Boil fresh drinking water and cool to approx. 40°-50° C* / 104-122° F*.
2. Add 2/3 of the water to the bottle.
3. Fill the measuring spoon and level the powder on the spoon. Add the advised amount of formula to the bottle.
4. Close the bottle and shake it thoroughly.
5. Add the remaining water and shake thoroughly a few more times
6. Cool to a drinking temperature of approx. 37° C / 98.6° F. Check temperature, e.g. with HiPP thermometer.

*In order not to damage the natural lactic acid cultures (lactobacilli), please do not prepare the food with too hot water.
The powder is subject to natural color fluctuations due to the contained Minerals.
 

Amounts And Dosage

The amount of formula per bottle can vary from bottle to bottle. The recommended drinking amount and number of bottles per day are general guidelines only. Your baby does not have to drink the bottle completely. Please use the supplied measuring spoon only!  One flattened spoonful per 30 ml / 1.01 fl oz water.

**From the 5th month onwards, with Pediatric recommendation you may begin feeding porridge or other baby foods.
Babies require approx. 5 feedings per day. Baby-food meals replace bottled Feeding, interchangeably.

Important Notes

Breastfeeding is best for your baby. Please talk to your clinic or pediatrician before the use of the infant formula.

Do not use if existing or suspected Cow-milk Protein Allergy.
