Due to COVID-19, our carriers have been experiencing delays in delivery. While most orders are delivered within our normal 1-4 business days, some orders may take longer than usual to process.

In addition, after orders have been placed, package scans from our carriers may be delayed. As a result, orders may not show tracking for a few days – even when your order is already on the way. Please allow extra time for tracking updates and final delivery.

In rare cases, you may not have tracking visibility – orders may arrive before tracking becomes available.

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 3PM PST are shipped same day. Any orders placed after 3PM PST will be shipped on the following business day. Shipping is done via USPS. We offer both USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Express for expedited service. USPS typically delivers within 1-3 days after they receive your shipment. Notice of Shipment emails with tracking number are sent once at the USPS facility.

For Rush Shipments, we offer USPS Priority Express that typically gets your orders delivered to you the next day. An exception is delivery to remote areas, which usually can take an extra day. Please contact us if you would like confirmation of scheduled overnight delivery. The cutoff time for orders requesting Priority Express is 1PM PST Mon -Fri. 

Lost Packages

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing, please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package.  Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen, please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.


If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged product.

Fraudulent Charges

We receive system notifications when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. When this happens, the buyer will be contacted immediately and may be required to confirm identity. We are not able to ship until confirming the purchase with the customer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause however this policy is in place to protect you.

Discount Codes

Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Discount will be applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases. 


We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on perishable (edible) goods and hygenic products such as baby care products and organic skincare.

The products that we offer on our website are considered highly sensitive as they are either fed or used on babies of all ages. In order to protect the integrity of our inventory, returns and exchanges are not permitted for these products.
